SHIP MANAGEMENT & FLEET COMPLIANCE
Emissions and maintenance data, ready for verification
PMS records, noon reports, and bunker delivery notes reconciled into one dataset for MRV, EU ETS, FuelEU, and CII.
Where the engineering focus sits
The same voyage is recorded in noon reports, bunker delivery notes, and PMS entries, each with its own units, timestamps, and gaps. Reconciling them by hand is where reporting time goes.

FAQs
-
Can this work alongside our current PMS?
Yes. Modules read from the PMS and spreadsheets already in use, and teams keep working in the tools they know.
-
Which regulations can the reporting cover?
Reporting is built around MRV, EU ETS, FuelEU Maritime, and CII, using data your vessels already record. The rules are agreed with your compliance team.
-
Do we need new sensors on board?
Most work starts with data already recorded on board and in the office. Sensors for condition monitoring are added where the fleet is ready for them.
-
Can we start with part of the fleet?
Yes. A first group of vessels or a single report is scoped after the discovery call, and the rest of the fleet joins the same dataset later.
-
Where does our operational data live?
On the servers you choose, including your own, on board and ashore. Encryption standards, access roles, and hosting location are fixed in the technical proposal for each project.
